Ken Appel was a beloved father, husband, brother, friend, attorney, chess player, debater, and avid bike rider. His life was interrupted by Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), neurodegenerative diseases that have no known cause or cure. Ken’s ride supports CurePSP, the leading source of information and support for patients, families, researchers, and healthcare professionals for PSP, CBD and MSA.

Throughout the month of May, join fellow riders at Racery to log your miles and follow the 26.3-mile path along the Missisquoi Valley Trail - Ken’s daily bike route.
